Items purchased from Pro Church Lights may be returned within 30 days from date of delivery in most cases. A mandatory 15% restocking fee will be assessed unless the item is being exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
In order for an item to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and include all original items and accessories. If the item is damaged, missing items or not in the original package, a higher restocking fee will be assessed above the 15% standard fee.
If an item or fixture is returned that has been rigged, hung or mounted in any way – the return will not be accepted. No Exceptions. If an item or fixture is returned that has been powered on for more than 30 minutes – the return will not be accepted. No Exceptions.
Returns are not allowed on closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, gel, lamps, haze fluid, clamps, rigging hardware, chemicals or b-stock items.
You (the buyer) are responsible for 100% of the shipping costs to return any and all item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. To return an item simply contact your Pro Church Lights customer representative.
Once your return is received, a Pro Church Lights representative will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will then review and inspect the returned item(s).
If the item(s) show no use, damage or neglect, and meet the above return requirements as listed, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that the cost of return shipping will automatically be deducted from your refund if Pro Church Lights supplied a prepaid return label.
