Pro Church Lights — Return & Refund Policy


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 45 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be in new or like-new condition — no damage, wear, or signs of use
  • All original contents must be included: parts, accessories, manuals, cables, and original packaging
  • A Return Authorization (RA) is required before any item is shipped back — do not send items without one
  • To request an RA, email visit the Customer Care Page or email support@prochurchlights.com with your order number, the item(s), reason for return, and photos
  • PCL will review your request within 1–2 business days
  • Unauthorized returns (sent without an approved RA) may be refused, delayed, or denied

Installed or Used Items

  • Items that have been installed, used for an event, or used in a project do not automatically qualify for return
  • Installed items require written approval from PCL before a return is considered
  • If approved, a restocking fee of up to 15% or more may apply depending on condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order items
  • Rigging hardware
  • Consumables, fluids, and lamps
  • Pre-cut cable

Shipping Damage & Delivery Issues

  • Damage or delivery issues must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery — no exceptions
  • Email support@prochurchlights.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of both the item and the packaging
  • Failure to report within 5 days may limit PCL's ability to assist with replacement, refund, or carrier claim support
  • This deadline is separate from the 90-Day Hot-Swap warranty window — both deadlines apply independently

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method; in some cases a company check may be issued
  • Refund amounts may be reduced for:
    • Restocking or repacking fees
    • Repair, cleaning, or missing parts deductions
    • Original shipping costs (where applicable)
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For orders that received free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

Order Cancellations & Refused Shipments

  • Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items cannot be canceled once the order is placed
  • Orders canceled after processing but before shipment may be subject to fees
  • If a correctly processed shipment is refused at delivery, PCL may deduct outbound shipping, return shipping, carrier fees, restocking fees, and payment processing fees from any refund

No Trial Use

  • Products are not available for trial use unless expressly agreed to in writing under a separate program
  • Installation, temporary use, event use, or project use does not qualify an item for return under standard policy

Love Your Lights™ Guarantee

  • Qualifying orders may include the Love Your Lights™ Guarantee — a PCL-exclusive, 12-month satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery
  • If you follow the full Love Your Lights System (PCL Visualize design, Hybrid Install Plan, and team training), and within 12 months you genuinely don't love your lighting system, PCL will buy back the qualifying fixtures or swap them for fixtures that work better
  • To be eligible, all of the following must be completed:
    • System designed through PCL Visualize
    • Hybrid Install Plan purchased and followed
    • Fixtures installed per the placement, position, and aim specified in the plan
    • PCL training courses completed by your team
    • Total qualifying fixture purchase exceeds $5,000
  • PCL will first attempt to resolve any concerns through a troubleshooting and optimization call before the guarantee is formally activated
  • If the issue is unresolved after all adjustments, you choose: Option A — Buyback (refund or credit on qualifying fixtures) or Option B — Fixture Swap (exchange for better-fit alternatives)
  • Applies to PCL and AVA brand fixtures only
  • Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of qualifying fixtures — does not include installation labor or other costs
  • This guarantee is non-transferable and applies to the purchasing church only
  • Where the Love Your Lights™ Guarantee terms differ from the standard return policy, the guarantee terms control
