Pro Church Lights — Terms of Service

Welcome to Pro Church Lights, a DBA of PCL USA, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
You must not use our site to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with site functionality
You must not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without express written permission
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for any misuse or violation of these Terms

2. Orders and Payment

When you purchase through our website or by invoice, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information
All orders are subject to approval and product availability
Payment must be received before order processing unless otherwise agreed to in writing
We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party gateways including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Stripe
If your payment method fails, we may suspend or cancel your order until the matter is resolved
Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order items are final sale at the point of order placement — these orders cannot be canceled or returned once placed
If a correctly processed shipment is refused at delivery, PCL may deduct outbound shipping, return shipping, carrier fees, restocking fees, and payment processing fees from any refund issued

3. Pricing and Product Information

We make every effort to ensure pricing and product details are accurate; however, errors may occur
If a pricing or availability error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price
Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and other approved destinations
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
Once products are shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer
You are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery and reporting any damage or delivery issues within 5 calendar days of delivery — no exceptions
Failure to report within 5 calendar days may limit our ability to assist with replacement, refund, or carrier claim support
This damage reporting deadline is separate from and independent of any warranty or guarantee window

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return Window & Condition

Return requests must be submitted within 45 days of the delivery date
Items must be in new or like-new condition — free from damage, wear, or signs of use
All original contents must be included: parts, accessories, manuals, cables, and original packaging

Return Authorization

A Return Authorization (RA) is required before any item is shipped back to PCL
To request an RA, email support@prochurchlights.com with your order number, item(s), reason for return, and photos
PCL will review your request within 1–2 business days
Do not ship items back without an approved RA — unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or denied

Installed and Used Items

Items that have been installed, used for an event, or used in a project do not automatically qualify for return
Installed items require written approval from PCL before a return will be considered
If approved, a restocking fee of up to 15% or more may apply depending on condition

Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order items
Rigging hardware
Consumables, fluids, and lamps
Pre-cut cable

No Trial Use

Products are not available for trial use unless expressly agreed to in writing under a separate program
Installation, temporary use, event use, or project use does not qualify an item for return under standard policy

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method; in some cases PCL may issue a company check
Refund amounts may be reduced for restocking or repacking fees, repair or cleaning costs, missing parts deductions, and original shipping costs where applicable
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
For orders that received free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

Love Your Lights™ Guarantee

Qualifying orders may include the Love Your Lights™ Guarantee, a PCL-exclusive 12-month satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery
Where the Love Your Lights™ Guarantee terms differ from this standard return policy, the guarantee terms control
Please refer to your guarantee documentation or contact support@prochurchlights.com to confirm whether your order qualifies

6. Love Your Lights™ Guarantee

The Love Your Lights™ Guarantee is a PCL-exclusive program available on qualifying complete lighting system purchases
The guarantee window is 12 months from the date of delivery
To be eligible, all of the following must be completed:
- System designed through PCL Visualize
- Hybrid Install Plan purchased and followed
- Fixtures installed per the placement, position, and aim specified in the plan
- PCL training courses completed by your team
- Total qualifying fixture purchase exceeds $5,000
If within 12 months you genuinely don't love your lighting system after following the Love Your Lights System, PCL will buy back the qualifying fixtures or swap them for fixtures that work better
PCL will first attempt to resolve concerns through a troubleshooting and optimization call before the guarantee is formally activated
If the issue is unresolved after all adjustments, you may choose: Option A — Buyback (refund or credit on qualifying fixtures) or Option B — Fixture Swap (exchange for better-fit alternatives)
Applies to PCL and AVA brand fixtures only
Maximum liability under this guarantee is limited to the purchase price of qualifying fixtures — installation labor and other costs are not covered
This guarantee is non-transferable and applies to the purchasing church only
PCL reserves the right to update guarantee terms for future purchases; the terms in effect at the time of your order apply to your order

7. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and brand
Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your purchase or contact support@prochurchlights.com for details
Warranty claims for defective items should be reported to support@prochurchlights.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos
PCL's standard warranty includes a 90-Day Hot-Swap Window on qualifying fixture defects — contact support for eligibility
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product documentation

8. Digital Products and Training

All digital product purchases and training course enrollments (including Light Ops Training) are non-refundable once access has been granted
Access is tied to the purchasing account and is non-transferable
PCL reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue digital content at any time
Coupon codes and promotional access grants have no cash value and are non-transferable

9. PCL Rewards Program

The PCL Rewards program allows customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and activities
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
Points are non-transferable and may not be combined across accounts
PCL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards program at any time without notice
Fraudulent activity related to the Rewards program may result in forfeiture of points and account termination

10. Trade-In Program

PCL's Trade-In Program allows customers to receive credit toward future purchases in exchange for qualifying used fixtures
Trade-in value is determined solely by PCL based on fixture condition, age, model, and current inventory needs
Trade-in credits are applied toward future PCL purchases and have no cash value
PCL reserves the right to accept or decline any trade-in submission and to modify or discontinue the program at any time

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, product names, graphics, and logos — is owned or licensed by Pro Church Lights / PCL USA, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws
You may not reproduce or use our materials for commercial purposes without express written permission
"Love Your Lights" is a registered trademark of PCL USA, LLC
"Pro Church Lights" is a registered trademark of PCL USA, LLC

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Church Lights, its parent company PCL USA, LLC, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use, misuse, installation, or inability to use our products or services
This includes without limitation damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial loss — even if advised of the possibility of such damages
All purchase, design, and installation decisions are ultimately made by you, the customer
Our drawings, specifications, recommendations, and consultations are provided for informational and conceptual purposes only and should be verified by you
We do not guarantee that any suggested layout, configuration, or product will perform in a specific way or be suitable for a particular venue, electrical system, or production environment without an on-site verification — contact solutions@prochurchlights.com if you are interested in an on-site visit
The buyer, installer, or on-site project manager assumes full responsibility for final verification, code compliance, and installation safety
Our total cumulative liability for any claim, regardless of cause or theory, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product(s) or service(s) in dispute

13. Product Use and Safety

Lighting, rigging, and electrical equipment must be installed and operated by qualified professionals who understand applicable local electrical and safety codes
Pro Church Lights and its affiliates provide product recommendations, renderings, and conceptual guidance as a non-engineering advisory service — we do not provide stamped engineering drawings or guarantee that our designs will comply with specific building codes, safety standards, or venue requirements
Any on-site conditions, voltage variances, power configurations, or rigging environments that differ from those assumed during consultation may affect performance and safety
You are responsible for verifying that all recommendations, load ratings, mounting methods, and electrical connections meet your venue's safety and code requirements
You agree to hold Pro Church Lights, PCL USA, LLC, its affiliates, and team members harmless from any damages, claims, or injuries arising from installation, mounting, or use of equipment in a manner not expressly approved in writing

14. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Porter County, Indiana

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time
Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website
Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
