Pro Church Lights — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pro Church Lights, a DBA of PCL USA, LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, fulfillment, and delivery for all orders placed through our website or with our sales team.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation
  • Custom, built-to-order, and special-order items may require additional production time — estimated lead times are provided on product pages or in your quote and are estimates only, not guarantees
  • Custom and special-order items are final sale at the point of order placement and cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • If you require expedited shipping or a specific delivery date, please contact our team before placing your order — we cannot guarantee delivery dates on orders already in processing

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers for larger items. Shipping methods are determined based on product size, weight, and destination:

  • Small packages — UPS or FedEx Ground (default)
  • Large or heavy shipments — Freight on pallet via LTL carrier
  • International orders — Contact us for a quote; customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility
  • Carrier selection is at PCL's discretion based on the most appropriate method for your order

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or quoted manually for large or project orders. Rates are based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Chosen shipping speed

Free shipping promotions may apply on qualifying orders and will be noted at checkout or on your formal estimate. For orders that received free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from any refund processed on a returned item — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.


4. Freight Deliveries

For palletized or large shipments:

  • Commercial addresses are preferred
  • Residential deliveries may incur liftgate or appointment fees, which are the buyer's responsibility
  • The delivery driver is responsible for curbside delivery only unless additional inside delivery or white-glove services are prearranged and confirmed in writing
  • Inspect all pallets before signing the delivery receipt — once signed without noted damage, the carrier considers the delivery accepted
  • If damage is visible, note it on the carrier's receipt before signing and photograph the pallet and packaging before moving any items

5. Signature Requirements

  • High-value orders or large shipments may require a signature upon delivery
  • If no one is available to sign and the carrier returns the package, redelivery fees are the buyer's responsibility
  • PCL is not responsible for packages left without signature where signature was waived by the recipient

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. If there is a problem with your delivery:

  • Inspect all packages and pallets immediately upon delivery
  • If damage is visible, note the damage on the carrier's receipt before signing and photograph both the item and the packaging before moving anything
  • Report damage, missing items, or delivery issues to support@prochurchlights.com within 5 calendar days of delivery — include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos
  • Failure to report within 5 calendar days may void eligibility for replacement, refund, or carrier claim support — no exceptions
  • This reporting deadline is separate from and independent of any warranty or guarantee window
  • PCL will work directly with the carrier to file a damage claim and arrange for repair or replacement where applicable

7. Order Changes After Placement

  • Address changes or order modifications must be requested before the order ships — contact support@prochurchlights.com as soon as possible
  • Once an order has been picked up by a carrier, PCL cannot guarantee that address changes can be made
  • Address correction fees charged by the carrier will be passed to the buyer
  • PCL is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout

8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused at delivery, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer:

  • The buyer is responsible for all associated costs including outbound shipping, return shipping, carrier fees, restocking fees, and payment processing fees
  • These amounts will be deducted from any refund issued

9. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. International buyers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees
  • Compliance with all import regulations in their country
  • Any delays caused by customs processing

10. Split or Partial Shipments

  • If part of your order is backordered or on a separate lead time, we may ship available items immediately and the remainder once available
  • You will be notified if your order is expected to ship in multiple parts
  • No additional shipping charges will be applied for split shipments caused by PCL's inventory or fulfillment process

11. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address on file
  • You can also contact our support team at any time to confirm your order or delivery status
  • PCL is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or events outside our control once a package has been picked up
